Yes. Legal Ears provides the first 1 minute of every consultation free of charge. This gives you and the lawyer an opportunity to briefly understand the matter before the paid consultation begins. The free-minute duration is set by Legal Ears and cannot be changed by individual lawyers.

Yes. After a consultation, you can provide a rating and review based on your genuine experience. Reviews help improve transparency and help other users make more informed decisions. False, abusive, misleading, or manipulated reviews may be removed.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are not generally available simply because you disagree with a lawyer's opinion or are dissatisfied with the legal outcome. However, you may raise a refund request for circumstances such as duplicate transactions, failed payments, incorrect wallet deductions, certain verified technical failures, account closure, or other eligible situations. Each request is reviewed individually under the Legal Ears Refund Policy.
